Wedding favor ideas?

I'm doing a swan wedding favors. I bought glass swans, white tulle and ribbon burgundy (the color of my wedding). I put three kisses hershy tie with burgundy ribbon. My question is do I have to paste tulle bound into the swan or not?

So you can do this in two ways …. put kisses on the swan and tie the whole thing as a small loop or kissing present inside the net and put it in the swan …. I would definitely they do not stick in.
